Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Due to the personal care nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used soap, liquid soap, shower gel, or body wash items, for hygiene reasons.

How to Request a Return
Contact us at sales@nestidante.ae with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions once your request is approved.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover the cost.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Once shipped, our standard return policy applies.
