These Terms of Service govern your use of pmuseums.com (the "Site"), operated by Perfume Museum LLC, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By accessing or purchasing from this Site, you agree to these terms.

1. Products
We are the authorized UAE distributor of Nesti Dante Firenze products. All product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided in good faith and may be updated without prior notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product.

2. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in AED and include applicable UAE VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time before an order is confirmed.

3. Order Acceptance
Receipt of an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity, and will notify you if this occurs.

4. Shipping
Orders are shipped within the UAE per our Shipping Policy. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

5. Returns and Refunds

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Perfume Museum LLC or its licensors (including Nesti Dante Firenze) and may not be used without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perfume Museum LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this Site or its products.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Dubai.
